Millendreath near Looe in CornwallWe’ve just uploaded photographs of Millendreath (via this post) and sourced the plans being proposed by the developer Espalier Ltd.
Well after all our good intentions we couldn’t actually make it down to the Hannafore Point Hotel (see earlier post) but we did pop round to Millendreath to take some photographs for you to look at. They’re at the bottom of this post.
There is still time to catch the mobile exhibition at Millendreath on Wednesday 6th and Thursday 7th August from 2 – 7.30pm.
We don’t get around to Millendreath very often and I think the last lime was a couple of years ago. It’s an interesting place, almost stuck in a time warp and reminds me of B movies about surfing and lost worlds!
Anyway, Caradon District Council has now made the plans/ideas for the Millendreath development available via their website.
On first look they seem quite interesting with some innovative ideas. When we’ve had a chance to read through them properly we’ll post our thoughts in the forum and look forward to hearing yours too.

I don’t think anything has changed there yet. I believe it is still going to happen but the ‘current economic crisis’ came along just at the wrong time! I’ll try and find out more for you although you might want to check out the developer’s website.
