West Looe Hill and Square will have a different type of visitor this year in the form of Southern Water. The water company has come to town to replace the existing water tank and pumping station.
This building work will cause some difficulties as West Looe Hill and Square may have to be closed or have reduced access.
Work started this week on the 11th January and will carry on for an estimated seventeen weeks.
Southern Water and the building contractors want to help the families and business of West Looe carry on as much as normal and to this end you can contact the Looe Town Council on (01503) 262255 or the tourist information centre on (01503) 262072 with any worries you may have.
As far as we know all business in West Looe are open as usual so please support them by continuing to shop locally.
