Welcome to Ambleside B&B in Looe, Cornwall
We are a small family run bed and breakfast located in the heart of East Looe.
With beautiful views across to Looe River and only a 2 minute walk from Looe's many shops, pubs, restaurants, and of course, Looe's stunning sandy beach we are ideally situated for a holiday or short break in Looe.
Though we are close to Looe and all it's amenities, we are based in a quiet location.
Accommodation
We have two large double ensuite rooms, both with excellent views. These rooms can be adapted to family or twin rooms and include TV/DVD players, tea & coffee making facilities, mineral water, hairdryers.
Both rooms, as well as the dining area, have recently been refurbished.
Additional to this, we offer a library of DVD's, books, and games for use during your stay. We offer beach toys (beach towels not included), and crabbing tips and equipment too.
Ambleside B&B
To the front of the house we have an attractive decked area with stunning views across to Looe River, the valley, and West Looe. This view is shared by both our rooms which are situated to the front of the house. The decked area is a fantastic place to enjoy your complimentary refreshments on arrival, or even to have your breakfast (weather permitting).
Eco friendly
We are an environmentally aware establishment, using Eco friendly cleaning materials and locally sourced ingredients (wherever possible), reducing food miles from it's source to your plate. Discarded items left on your departure are reclycled or composted by Ambleside B&B when it's possible to do so.
The meat we use for our breakfasts is sourced locally and is of proven quality. We are also a vetetarian/vegan friendly establisment, and will be only too pleased to cater for all requirements when we can. Inclued in our breakfasts are seasonal ingredients and specials.
